Congress workers stage fast for Civil Hospital

MUSSOORIE: Congress workers staged a fast at Shaheed Sthal here on Wednesday seeking to expedite the renovation of Civil Hospital.
The British-era facility was demolished in 2010 for converting it to a specialty hospital.
In a memorandum addressed to the chief minister, Congress workers have given a one-month ultimatum to the government to finish the hospital construction.They also threatened to launch widespread protests if their demand is not met.
